To calculate the shipping and handling time, please allow for 1-3 business days handling before your order leaves the TheDawgDen.com warehouse. Shipping times are guaranteed only on UPS Express services. Shipping AND handling times are quoted in "business days". Business days do not include the day on which the item was shipped or weekend days or holidays on which UPS or the USPS do not operate. Examples: UPS 3 Day Select Service Calculation: 1-3 Days Handling + 3 Days Shippping = 4-6 Days to Arrival at Destination. Signature Requirement By default, we do NOT require a signature for deliveries in an effort to ensure that you will receive your order on the first delivery attempt. As such, UPS will leave the package on your doorstep if no one is home to receive it. Neither UPS, the USPS, or TheDawgDen.com are liable for any loss or damage of the package after it has been delivered. If you would like to require a signature for your delivery, or specify the most secure location to leave your package, please use the comments field on your order to do so. Insurance In order to keep shipping costs for the customer at a minimum, TheDawgDen.com does not insure shipments, though there are certain measures of coverage included with some shipments, dependent upon the particular carrier and product. To inquire as to whether your shipment will carry any insurance, or to get a quote on the cost of insuring your order beyond what is included in the regular shipping rate, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. Shipping to a Post Office Box USPS Priority and Express Mail services are the only method by which we can ship to a post office box. Orders shipping to a PO Box with a UPS Standard Ground specification will be rerouted in our system and shipped via the USPS, and charged the applicable USPS rate in place of the UPS Ground rate. Shipping to a Military Address Items shipping to military addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority or Express services where applicable. Items shipping to an international address will be shipped via USPS Priority or Express international services. Shipping rates for Canada are provided as follows. For shipping rates to other countries, please contact us directly for a quote before placing your order. USPS International Shipping is not a guaranteed service, but delivery estimates are provided below.
If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, the easiest option is to place a separate order for each address you are shipping to. If you would like to make arrangements for one order to ship to multiple locations, please call us BEFORE placing your order so that we can arrange for proper handling. Shipping to multiple addresses will incur a shipping charge for each address you are shipping to. Oversized Items A shipping premium designated on the product page for oversized items will be added to the above shipping rates for oversized items to offset the increased cost of shipping items that exceed UPS and/or USPS size thresholds. Custom Orders Custom orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or the equilvalent, depending on the vendor. Custom orders cannot be expedited. Drop Shipped Items These items are shipped directly from their respective manufacturer and require extra processing time. Please be aware of the information provided as to the length of these delays on the product pages of drop shipped items. Also note that only ground shipping (UPS or equivalent, depending on vendor) is available for drop shipped items. Drop ship orders cannot be expedited. Special Event & "Hot Market" Merchandise Orders that include special event merchandise such as playoff gear will be held in their entirety until such time as that merchandise has arrived from the printer and is ready to ship. If you would like to request partial shipments in this instance, please contact us directly to make arrangements and payment for the additional shipping charges. Rush Processing Generally, orders will be shipped within the 1-3 day handling period. The bulk of this is transit time as the product is transferred from remote locations to the main processing facility. In this event, the customer will be reimbursed for return shipping. Damage & Defects Please inspect your package on arrival for visible damage.
