When will I receive my order?
Orders
are typically processed within 1-3 business days. This 1-3 day period reflects
the amount of time it takes to get the item from one of our stores, process the
order, package it and ship it. Once this is completed, the shipping method you
chose will take effect.
Some of
our products ship out of our warehouse, while others will be sent to you
directly from the manufacturer. If your merchandise is coming from us, we ship
everyday using UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air with
tracking and insurance. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii will be shipped
via USPS Priority Mail. When merchandise is sent to you from our warehouse that
means that it is going out of Seattle.
Please consult this map to see how long it should take for your package to
arrive if you select UPS Ground.
Most
orders coming to you directly from the manufacturer take about the same amount
of time. However, some items are created specially for you when the order is
placed and that can take longer. Please note that typing your credit card
number or expiration date incorrectly will result in a delay in shipping.

We do
ship internationally, but these rates are not available online. Please call us or e-mail us with your shipping address
and the items you wish to order and we will gladly provide you with a quote on
what shipping will cost.
What is a drop-shipped item?
When an
item is drop shipped, it means that we do not carry the item on hand. We place
an order with a manufacturer for the item and then the manufacturer ships the
item directly to you. Although all drop ship companies have different time
frames for delivery, the drop-shipped item will be shipped within three weeks
upon placing the order.
If the
item is a portion of an order that contains items that are not being drop
shipped, it will be shipped separately and the other items will be shipped in
accordance with their stock availability. The drop shipped item can not be
tracked with the UPS tracking number that we provide. If you wish to track a
drop shipped item, please contact our customer
service department and we would be more than happy to help
you out.

generally order the item in the size the recipient normally wears. In addition,
please read the item’s product description carefully to see if it states that
the item tends to run large or small.

To determine your exact fitted cap size, use a tape measure around your head where
the sweatband would rest. Use the chart above to convert the results to
determine the exact cap size. For
in-between sizes, you'll probably want to round up.
How can I return or exchange an
item?
Returns
and exchanges are easy with TheDawgDen.com. Simply send your item back to us
within 30 days of receiving it, in new condition with all original tags and
documentation. Include a note stating whether you would like to return it for a
refund or exchange it for another item. On exchanges, you will be charged again
for shipping and we will only reimburse you the shipping charges for
returns/exchanges that are a result of our error.
